FAQs

1. What is your return policy? 

We are happy to accept back returnable items within 30 days of your initial purchase. 

  • Items being returned must be undamaged, unworn, unaltered and with all original tags still attached. 
  • At this time we do not provide return labels, therefore it is the customer's obligation to pay for return shipping costs. Please note that a shipping charge of $6.95 will be deducted from your final return amount. 
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the return to be processed (we recommend obtaining a return tracking number to ensure the day it arrives in our facility).

2. Are there any items that I cannot return / are not refundable? 

There are a few items that are nonreturnable. They are:

  • All swimwear 
  • Jewelry
  • Hats & Hair Accessories
  • Bodysuits
  • Underwear, Bralettes, or Lingerie of any kind
  • Any item marked "final sale"

 

3. Can I process my order over the phone? 

At this time we do not take phone orders, however you can email us anytime at Hello@everscollective.com if you have any questions on placing your order.

 

4. What methods of payment do you accept? 

We accept all major credit cards: Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, JCB and PayPal.

 

5. Are you clothes true to size? 

Our clothes are sized on an Extra Small - Extra Large scale. If you have any questions about our sizes, please refer to our Sizing Chart

For the most part, our clothing runs true to size, however there are some variations. That said, all articles of clothing are tried on and reviewed by the everscollective team! If there are any sizing variations (i.e. a piece of clothing that runs one size small) it is distinguished in the item description.

6. Do you do quality control on your items? 

Yes! Anytime new inventory is received, the everscollective team carefully evaluates the quality to ensure a positive buying experience for the customer. 

 

7. How often do you receive new arrivals? 

We typically receive anywhere between 2-6 new pieces of clothing each week. 

 

8. I'm a blogger, how do I get in contact with your company about collaboration opportunities? 

We love working with bloggers and are always open to new collaborations! Simply emails us at Hello@everscollective.com with any new inquiries.

 

9. Do you have any brick-and-mortar locations?

At this time our company resides online, however we do have plans to expand within the next year. 

 

10. Do you have any social media pages? 

Yes! We have a Twitter, Facebook and Instagram account. 

 

11. How soon will I receive my order? 

Once your order is placed, we will ship it out to you within 1-3 business days (but we usually ship within 24 hours!)

From that point the courier will typically take between 2-7 business days to deliver your items. Please note that once we drop off your package to the courier, we are not responsible for any courier delays.
